Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives in our inventory.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item. Estimated arrival dates are provided whenever available but may be subject to manufacturer, supplier, or shipping delays.

Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellation requests for pre-order items at any time before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Return Policy.

Delays
While we strive to provide accurate arrival estimates, release dates and delivery schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep customers informed of any significant delays whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds
After a pre-order item has been delivered, returns and refunds will be handled according to our Return Policy.
