Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@thetreasureboxco.com with photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of approval using the return instructions provided by email.


Return Process

If a return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return address information will be provided via email after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items with damaged packaging caused after delivery
  • Items reported after the 48-hour claim window
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
